This should really be in the "funny" section, but... Anyway, there's a great article on securityfocus about how Mitnick (Free Kevin!) is testifying against Sprint in a hacking case, saying that their network is exploitable, how he exploited it, and they are arguing back that it's not, trying to prove his innocence as it were. It's a great read, with a few surprises towards the end :)
