[via vsbabu] Good article on on the pros and cons of HTML email. Personally I hate it, I really do. I do 99% of my email in mutt, and the HTML email that I get that is not spam has a text component. Basically for what I do I have 0 need for html email, but those who are in other lines of work (marketting, C?Os, etc) probably "need" (or think they need it) for getting a more impactful message across, or at least grabbing someone's attention. For me, my attention is grabbed by the message because it is 5x as big as it should be, isn't readable, or is piped into links automatically.
Anyone else have any good arguments/comments for or against HTML email?
