An absolutely fascinating thread on The Cellar. Basically a guy from China named Billy posted a picture up there (with a couple of false starts) and eventually it turned into a question and answer period from the west to the east, with people asking questions about Chinese culture, food, medicine, gov't, pretty much anything. A really interesting, but long read. Mucho thanks to Brad for telling me about this last night.
