Convet Atom to RSS

The Atom 0.3 to RSS 1.0 converter will provide an RSS feed from an atom feed. This is useful only if you read atom only sites (such as Mike's) in a news aggregator that doesn't support atom (such as (AFAICT) NetNewsWire.
