BMW EfficientDynamics tells the tale of a new BMW concept car that does 90mpg and has BMW M3 performance. Now I don't truly know that much about cars, but I've watched a lot of Top Gear lately and know that a) M3's are good (though not cool anymore), and b) rarely do concept cars become real cars.
