If you hit the google main page (or go to google.com/ncr if it's not in your area) you will be presented with the new Google Instant when you start typing.

"Feelings of euphoria and weightlessness are normal. Do not be alarmed."

Basically it's making google searches, well, instant, or almost. It also will auto-search when you scroll through suggested searches, and you also get tab completion. Very sexy.
