The Thirteenth Floor In a fit of madness, Iambe and I left the phanlan to head to see a movie at the new Big Ass(tm) theatre in Langely. The movie we chose is The Thirteenth Floor, and this is my mini-review of it.

Basically my review is 2 thumbs up, cool story, cool plot twists, and interesting characters. No spoilers here of course, but there are a few surprises. This story, like The Matrix makes you question existance, life, (and of course the universe and everything). Unlike The Matrix, which was a good action movie layered on top of a good thinking movie, The Thirteenth Floor had minimul action and cool special effects. The sets that they used to recreate the world in the 1930's though were quite amazing. This was not a totally heady movie like Pi, but it still definatly makes you think.
