A Plan for Physical Fitness

The 5BX Plan for Physical Fitness is a scientifically designed approach to physical fitness done by the RCAF. It's designed to be done in 11 minutes per day, and not rely on any equipment or gym facilities. Cool idea, something to try out. Of course, eating healthy is also essencial for getting anywhere with that programmers gut.
